Most of us through our daily journey go through it without any issues. But occasionally there may be those days that we track heavy miles on hard surfaces. Whether it be in nursing or workng a factory floor, we don’t always ground ourselves. We are energy beings first and foremost. Like baloons rubbing against a shirt, we accumulate energy throughout the day. This energy has to flow or be cancelled out. This energy accumulates in our extremeties.
